Role of the Bureau

Achievers Tuition Bureau (“Bureau”) operates solely as a tuition-matching and coordination service and facilitates introductions between parents/students (“Parent”) and independent tutors (“Tutor”).

Independent Engagement

Upon acceptance of a tuition assignment, the Parent and Tutor shall enter into and conduct the tuition arrangement independently of the Bureau.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Bureau shall not be liable for any dispute, misunderstanding, misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, harassment, threat, breach of undertaking, financial or academic dispute, injury, loss, damage, or any other act or omission arising out of or in connection with the relationship between the Parent and Tutor after their introduction.

Responsibility of the Parties

Each Parent and Tutor shall be solely responsible for their own conduct, representations, obligations, safety, and compliance with applicable laws during the tuition engagement.

Both parties must maintain professional conduct & report concerns.

Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, each Parent and Tutor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Achievers Tuition Bureau, its owners, representatives, and personnel from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from that party’s acts, omissions, misconduct, breach of applicable terms, or dispute with the other party.

Bureau’s Discretion

The Bureau reserves the right, without liability, to discontinue or terminate a tuition assignment, suspend coordination, or remove any Parent or Tutor from its network where it considers such action appropriate, including in cases involving misconduct, complaints, breach of terms, safety concerns, or conduct that may adversely affect the Bureau or any party.

Complaints & Incidents

Any complaint, dispute, misconduct, harassment, threat, or other serious concern involving a Parent, Student, or Tutor should be brought to the Bureau’s attention promptly.

Legal Compliance

Nothing contained in this Disclaimer shall be interpreted as excluding or limiting any liability, right, or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
